I visited him again today and once more received first-class treatment: no waiting time, a precise and efficient procedure, professional and confident work – and no pushy additional services or overpriced charges. Only a few (dental) doctors master their craft so well.

From Dr. Schmidt (pushy private costs for simple services) to Dr. Oetkem (inaccurate and hurried), I finally arrived at my current trusted dentist – and I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Focht.

Very satisfied. I had previously visited for various fillings and knew that an extensive restoration with crowns would soon be necessary. The practice, as expected from the first appointment, did excellent work! Coordination with the lab also worked great – now my smile shines beautifully again. =)

The price was appropriate for the service, and I consider the craftsmanship first-class! The examination was conducted by both dentists, Dr. and Dr. Focht; I am a patient of Dr. Focht. Everyone is in good hands here, and the atmosphere in the practice is pleasant. You can tell how busy the practice is – yet processes run almost flawlessly, allowing quick appointments. Almost unique: Although I was a first-time patient, I was already in the dentist’s chair 4 hours after the initial phone call. Dr. Focht explained all options including costs, and after just under an hour the excellent work was done (it was an “emergency” because a tooth at the front broke).

Very professional and humane.
The coordination of appointments runs flawlessly. After I went for treatment with Dr. Focht due to complaints, the cause was quickly identified and resolved. I received appropriate and comprehensive care; fillings were replaced due to age, and intact ones were checked. Both the consultation and the treatments themselves were impeccable. Everything was done quickly and carefully. For everything the doctor did, she provided information so I could go through the procedures worry-free. She also recognized the nighttime teeth grinding issue, which I hadn’t been fully aware of, though my teeth certainly were. Since then, I’ve been using the grinding splint made by the team and personally approved by her, which has relieved me a lot. The professional teeth cleaning by the team, followed by a check by Dr. Focht, is also top-notch. It creates trust when the doctor reviews the work personally, even though the team does an excellent job. I also appreciate the reminder service and the convenient postal handling of invoices.
All in all, I am more than satisfied with this practice and gladly entrust myself as a patient.
